The public is hereby notified that the person whose photograph appears above is wanted by the Nigerian Police Force and the Vigilante Group. A warrant of arrest has been issued by a Magistrate Court in Edo State in a case of bisexuality and sodomy (homosexual acts), which is considered a taboo by his people and by the nation of Nigeria, and is prohibited under Nigeria’s Same-Sex Marriage Prohibition Act.

On 30th August 2025, Osaretin Louis Omoruis was caught with his partner, Austin Oviabor, inside a car at Eirisor Hotel and Suites, Benin City. When officers of the Nigerian Police Force came to his residence to apprehend him, he fled and has remained at large to date.

Previously, he was also reported as a homosexual who has been influencing and initiating youths in his area. The suspect has remained incommunicado.
