The general public is hereby notified that the person whose photograph appears above, OBODO HYGINUS AMOBI is wanted by the Nigerian Police Force in connection with credible allegations that he has unlawfully engaged in hate speech and cyber bullying through electronic and internet platforms.

A valid Warrant of Arrest has been duly issued by a Magistrate Court in Enugu State concerning allegations of misconduct, involving hate speech and intention to cause public unrest, currently under investigation by the appropriate authorities.

His conduct constitutes clear danger to law and order through intentional dissemination of messages, statements and/or content that are grossly offensive, insulting, harassing or likely to cause hatred, criminal intimidation, enmity, anxiety, distress or public unrest.

Such conduct undermines public order and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Nigerian law. Mr. OBODO HYGINUS AMOBI is to be arrested and brought before a competent court of law to face prosecution.

All law enforcement officers, including members of the Nigeria Police Force and other authorised agencies, are hereby directed to:
Apprehend Mr. OBODO HYGINUS AMOBI wherever found within Nigerian jurisdiction.

His last known address is No.256 Enugu road Nsukka Local Government Area, Enugu State. The suspect has since remained incommunicado, and efforts to locate him have so far been unsucessful.
Members of the public who have any information regarding the whereabouts of Mr. OBODO HYGINUS AMOBI are advised to report immediately to the nearest police station or contact the Divisional Police Officer, Lion Building Headquarters, Abuja.
