The general public is hereby informed that JOY RITA IBEAGWA, female, adult, native of Orlu, Imo State, Nigeria, is wanted by the Nigeria Police Force in connection with an ongoing criminal investigation, act of lesbianism and same sex marriage.

A valid Warrant of Arrest has been duly issued by a court of competent jurisdiction authorizing law enforcement officers to apprehend the above-named individual for alleged offences under applicable laws.

On 22 January, 2026 JOY RITA IBEAGWA was caught with her lesbian partner , a lady called TITIANA, having an intimate sexual affairs together. When caught, they claimed to have got married. The act of lesbianism and same sex relationship is against the law.

She hails from orlu in imo state , Nigeria . The suspect has remained incommunicado. Her last known address 5 Church Street, Orlu town in Orlu Local Government area, Imo state. She is of average height and fair in complexion. She speaks Igbo and English Language fluently.

All effort to locate the whereabout of suspect has proved abortive.
Members of the public who have any useful information regarding her whereabouts are requested to report immediately to the nearest police station or Imo State Police Command.
