NWAEFULU CHIEDOZIE JONATHAN The general public is hereby notified that the person whose name and photograph appear above is wanted by the Nigerian Police Force and the Vigilante Group in Agbor, Ika Northeast Local Government Area, Delta State, South–South Nigeria.

A warrant of arrest has been duly issued by a Magistrate Court in Delta State in connection with an alleged offence of same-sex activity (sodomy), contrary to the provisions of the Same Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Act, 2014, Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. On the 1st of July 2025, the said suspect was reportedly caught by neighbours in a compromising situation with one Kingsely (surname unknown). However, both individuals fled the scene before the arrival of the police. Since then, he has remained at large & unreachable.

The suspect’s last known address is: No. 15, Osian Street, by Ojekpolor, Boji-Boji Owa, Delta State. Members of the public with useful information on his whereabouts are kindly requested to report immediately to the nearest Police Station or contact the Divisional Police Officer, Lion Building Headquarters, Abuja.

A cash reward will be given for credible information, leading to his arrest.
