This is to notify the general public that the person whose picture is displayed above, IKENNA KENNEDY AGUBATA is wanted, he is a member of Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (massob )in 2004, during the time of their Leader Ralph Uwazuruike with headquarters in Okwe, in the Okigwe district of Imo State.

In 2009 to 2010 , he became a leader of Massob in Umuna Orlu, Imo State.The Nigeria government accused Massob leaders of violence .He hails from Ezedike Umuna, community in Orlu local government area, Imo State.
